may eighth

Happy Mother’s Day! Picture above is where I doodled on a piece of paper this evening. I am so blessed to have my mother on my side and be there for me when I need it! 🙂 My mother is so wonderful and loved by so many! God is so good.

There are many joys when detailing a sweet, tender and calming love you receive, especially when it comes from someone who loves you deeply from their smiles, their laughter, conversing and reminiscing the good times and sometimes the bad.

Philippians 4:8 is one of my favorite Bible verses, “whatever is true… whatever is lovely” and so I am exclaiming and appreciating my mother who is so lovely and so true with her heart towards those who is very dear to her.

Thank you for opening your arms so wide during the moments when I did not want to receive it, and during moments I needed it so desperately. Thank you for teaching me to care and love so freely. Thank you for being that example of love just as God loves us: unconditionally. I love you so and I am so blessed to share even more wonderful memories with you this year!

I also want to send many prayers and blessings to the mother’s who have children, who have adopted children, who have lost children, who is hopeful to have children. May all of you rejoice and give thanks as to where God is leading you in your life.

God’s richest blessings to all of you Mother’s out there as you continue to serve the Lord and be the example of God’s true and gracious will: To Love deeply. To Serve. To Encourage.  To Rejoice.

And she said, “Oh, my Lord! As you live, my Lord, I am the woman who was standing here in your presence, praying to the Lord. For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me my petition that I made to him. Therefore I have lent him to the Lord. As long as he lives, he is lent to the Lord.” And he worshiped the Lord there. ||1 Samuel 1:26-28||
