I Can Only Imagine

Surrounded by Your glory
What will my heart feel
Will I dance for you Jesus
Or in awe of You be still
Will I stand in your presence
Or to my knees will I fall
Will I sing hallelujah
Will I be able to speak at all
I can only imagine

I remember vividly listening to this song while I was in high school during the time when one of my classmates passed away from an accident shortly before I began my junior year. I also remember vividly of listening to this song in February of last year when my sister passed away. How amazing it is to have different affects on a single song.

I love listening to MercyMe and had such an opportunity to see them this past year. 🙂 Anyway, C and I love watching The Voice and this rendition of “I Can Only Imagination” is so wonderful. 🙂 Here’s another favorite of ours “Take Me to the King

It’s so amazing to know God’s presence will always be in our hearts, anywhere we go, through our prayers and our time at church. It’s also more rewarding to know we are going to fully be in God’s presence for eternity, someday.

“In your waiting place, cling to the hope that never once has our God left our story unfinished and unredeemed. It may not look how we expected but, as with Ruth and Naomi, our story is His story—it was then and it will be in years to come. We are only to wait, to trust, to obey.”
